Teaching Arabic as a communicative method; it focus in form as well as forms. Written in Arabic only but the pictures and the activities are clear and easy to follow . Every lesson followed by example from the Quran for the purpose of phonology . In my opinion if you have no CD (I THINK YOU CAN DOWNLOADED TOO ) ,once you know the Aya 's number( SURA) try to listen to Quran from this link www.tanzil.net. (for example http://tanzil.net/#19:1 This will make your learning journey more enjoyable even if you are not Muslim.
